       The price includes:
        - final cleaning
        - bed linen and towels
        - toilet paper, washing up liquid, tabs for the dishwasher, handsoap
        - charge fees for litter, electricity, heating/cooling, cold and warm water

        Variation in prices

        are unconditionally applied when due to an increasing VAT tax.

Local tourist tax

For every guest is charged a local tourist tax of 2.20 Euro/person/night.

Children until 14 years are excluded from this rate.

This rate is not included in the total price and will be raised on site.

Internet

In every apartment there is free wifi.

Smoking

In all apartments and in the house smoking is NOT allowed.

Children

You can bring your newborn baby until 24 months old.
A crib, a changing table and a children' s high chair are available. We don't ask extra fees for these articles.

Parking

We can reserve a parking place in Parking PLAZA  within 3-5 minutes walking from the building Rennweg 114.

The special price for guests who lodge in Rennweg 114: € 17,20/ night 

Check-in- & check-out:

Check-in from 3 pm to 7 pm.

Please inform us, in case you like to check-in before 3 pm or after 7 pm.

Both can be possible if we know it in advance.
Check-out: 10:00

Pets: your pets are welcome in our building.
We do not ask an extra fee for them.
We appreciate you are willing to bring your pet in vacation with you.
